02. EHP offering Emergency covered stage due to adverse weather
Client called Event Hire Professionals to the rescue hours prior to the launch of luxury night club RS Lounge as fear of thunderstorms on the evening of the celebrity press launch.
• 1.45pm Event Hire Professionals get the call.
• 2.00pm We start loading Vehicle with equipment.
• 3.30pm Arrive on-site, unload and liaise with site contact.
• 4.15pm Clean up area ready for last minute supplies to be brought in.
• 9.15pm Thunderstorms break out, clients are happy and so was the press.
• 3.00am Dismantle and Collect…
