Project Description

The Annual Internal Networking Conference required a central hub for serving drinks and allowing guests to mingle. EHP were contracted to devise and install a logistical solution to this problem during 2015’s conference.

To provide an interactive area, capable of hosting up to 800 guests for a drinks reception, including a large bar.



To meet this brief, we began by installing our custom designed, mirrored, circular ‘Jessica Bar’. However, this bar is designed to serve up to 250 people and would not facilitate additional guests. To resolve this, we designed and made a number of bespoke, extension sections specifically for this event, which could be inserted within the pre-existing circular sections. This increased the face of the bar up from 36 feet to 55 feet, making it possible to serve 800 within approximately eight to ten minutes at any one time. The end result looked fantastic, and the client was left delighted with how it had augmented the event as a whole.
