In our time as Event Hire Professionals Ltd we have overseen some pretty high-profile projects (including one attended by no less than HM herself).
However, it’s fair to say that the level of excitement at EHP headquarters was at an all-time high when we were commissioned by Oxygen Event Services to facilitate the staging of Obama’s Lindley Hall conference. Part of the president’s flying visit to the UK, this highly publicised town hall visit saw Obama address 500 young British leaders on issues of global importance.
Members of our construction team watched from the sidelines as the president spoke of his time in office and hopes for the future, aided by lighting, audio, staging and decor they had helped facilitate. The event was a great success, with many young minds being inspired by Obama’s dynamic address.
To have created the setting that hosted one of the most powerful leaders in the world truly was a privilege, and a story with which we will no doubt regale clients for many years to come!
