PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Every 3-4 years, global regulators convene to shape telecommunications policies for broadcast, satellite, and mobile services. In preparation for the WRC-15 conference, Inter-regional Workshops and preparatory meetings are held in Geneva.
The GSMA, representing mobile operators worldwide, collaborates with industry stakeholders to ensure fair access to the spectrum for 5G networks. Their goal is to secure millimeter-wave spectrum bands for mobile/IMT and encourage country regulators and ministries to prioritize "future spectrum for mobile" ahead of WRC-15 negotiations.

THE BRIEF
To produce a creative and interactive stand fulfilling the purpose of promoting the GSMA Brand Key messaging to target audience attending CPM-15 in Geneva within 36sqm space provided by the venue. The stand to be open and welcoming enabling GSMA team to interact with attendees, hold discussions, show printed and video collateral positioning GSMA as an approachable and informative organisation.
THE SOLUTION
We created a bespoke open plan stand with inbuilt screens a storage area and ensured there was a coffee station for keeping delegates and staff happy during the event.
